This site emphasizes the creative collaborations between Daniel Disney and Charles Disney with numerous friends and family spanning across many, many years. Individuals who influenced Daniel and Charles both individually and collectively will be featured on this site. Daniel and Charles are brothers and good friends and both reside in Southern California. Daniel is involved with architecture, and graphic arts designs. Charles was associated with and also an active partner with his late Mother who was Meredith A. Disney. Charles Elias and Meredith had many years earlier established LodeStar Pictures and Pacific Pictures, both independent private equity film financing entities.
Meredith was also a music instructor, and a successful composer and lyricist-collaborator for many years. She was associated with Walt Disney and Roy O. Disney and composers Richard and Robert Sherman. Some of Meredith’s longtime and lifetime closest good friends were Rosalind Russell, Dolores Hope, Loretta Young, and Harriett Nelson. They were all devout Roman Catholics, and promoted and supported many charities, and numerous religious and philanthropy endeavors, and enjoyed traveling especially to holy Catholic religious shrines. They were avid Bridge and Canasta Card players! They were wonderful close friends across many years and they worked together to fulfill mutual goals in business enterprises in collaboration with many others.
